Yot is the protaginist of the show, with most episodes revolving around him and the villains he fights. He was created in an Art Studio after someone drew a smiley face. An action that, when performed by a certain type of paintbrush, can create a living being. A living being of the species "Squiggle". After freeing himself from the Art Studio, Yot seeks to do good around the world and help people. Yot is nice and kind to his friends, but can be a bit sassy at times.

Rectoongle is Yot's best friends and helps him fight crime. He used to work at the Art Studio but after Yot opened his eyes to their shady deeds, he leaves and teams up with Yot. Rectoongle always tries to see the best in people and, once he meets Yot, becomes very determined at achieving his goals.

Kito is one of Yot's close friends and he is dedicated when it comes to helping Yot fight whoever is causing trouble. However, Kito can sometimes come off as arrogant, despite usually being quite chilled. He meets Yot at quite a low point, but helps him recover from it, getting him back into the swing of things.

Shiver is also one of Yot's crime-fighting buddies. He can be quite chaotic, often impulsive, but it comes from a good place. He joins Yot after seeing all the good deeds he's done, and wanting to help. Despite this, he's not often all that sure what's going on. 

Yot's oldest nemesis. He came to exist after a Hopster mined him out from a cave. However, he turned out to be evil and went on a rampage around the town Yot lives in. But, with Rectoongle's help, Yot put an end to this rampage and Diamond has since become a regular foe. Yot will occasionally have to deal with him, but Yot's used to it by now, and doesn't see him as all that threatening. Diamond is comically evil and seems to do nothing else except evil things, almost as if something possessed him to do it.

Slinger is a black inky creature, with large green eyes, that comes from an unknown place. It's rare he shows up, but when he does, something bad is always bad to happen. Slinger is the overarching villian of Yot, and causes the most damage to Yot and his group. His power source is a glass ball containing a stange green liquid. He's got a mysterious past, but seems to know nothing else aside from evil. He's got a sarcastic personality and will often taunt his victims. However, when he's fed up, he can be very menacing.

Hopsters make up the main population of Yot's world. They are quite unremarkable and generally only like hanging out with other Hopsters. However, some Hopsters are quite memorable... especially when they have obtained special abilities.

Circly is the CEO of a company. He took control of the company after being the favorite canidate, by far. However, he took over this company to attempt to take over the world! How? Not even he's sure. But Yot won't let this plan happen, and will stop Circly if he tries to further his plan. He belongs to the Hopster species, however his much larger than most Hopsters. He is very arrogant and selfish.

Triangly used to be the hero of the town. However, after a tragedy, and a lack of crime in general. He temporarily retired from crime-fighting. However, once Diamond, and a few other villains, showed up, he attempted to return to fight them. However, Yot always got there first, and people adored him. This infuriated Triangly and so he swears to take revenge on Yot with the help of his robot friend, Apik.

Apik is the robot sidekick of Triangly. Despite "helping" Triangly in his evil plans, Apik seems innocent and clueless, not really intending to harm anyone. He is a metal and spherical, with a distinct, singular, blue eye with a white dot that moves around to show mood, with a large propellor keeping him in the air. He is supportive but can have a sassy attitude sometimes, though it comes from a playful position.

The Guardian of the Lakes, is a black inky creature with a piercing red eye. Where did he come from? Watch the show and find out, but his main goal is protecting the mysterious, multicoloured lakes located in the caves beneath the town Yot is located in. He pursues anyone who enters, to protect, not only the lakes, but the person themself, as he knows how dangerous the powerful liquids within the lakes can be.
